This is a meditative practice designed to release physical, mental and emotional tensions. Poses are mostly done seated and held for 2-5 min at a time to allow for presence and deep release. We look for a stretch that challenges current range of motion while still being able to relax into it. The approach is respectful and full of kindness. The practice should leave you feeling empowered, grounded and peaceful. The use of props is encouraged to give support where needed to relax further and can be found in a range of household item. Suitable for all-levels.
