Barre Pilates

Debbie Brown leads this 60 minute class that will combine dance-based exercises, pilates and yoga. Barre class works the tiny muscles that help with core stability, some of the larger muscles that help with strength and many of the muscles that assist with laughter. The aim is to have fun while using small weights (no more that 3 pounds), resistance bands, and your own body weight to build strength in a safe and gradual way. This is a great class to help support your yoga practice. No previous experience is necessary.
